Rob Philbin (BSc Hons RN)​

Rob is one of the company directors, he has a background in Emergency Medicine and Pre Hospital Emergency Care. Actively practising in the NHS a Specialist Nurse Practitioner in Acute Response. He has extensive history in the Emergency Care Sector from qualifying as a Staff Nurse, to then working as a Charge Nurse in A&E. Rob responds to 999 Ambulance Emergency Calls and volunteers as a Pre Hospital Care Nurse.  He is a Certified Advanced Life Support Instructor; with Provider Status is Adult Advanced Life Support, Paediatric Advanced Life Support, Nurse Trauma and Critical Care and is a Trained Emergency Triage Practitioner.

Natalie Hudson (BSc Hons RN)

Natalie is one of the company directors, she has a background in Emergency Medicine and a Speciality in Cardiothoracic Critical Care. Actively practising as a Senior Resuscitation Practitioner within the NHS. Nat has experience in several high profile jobs within the NHS from Senior Sister, Senior Matron to Head of Service for Resuscitation. Natalie is a Certified Instructor in Advanced Life Support, Paediatric Advanced Life Support, Cardiac Advanced Life Support, with provider status in each. Nat has an extended substantial record in teaching.
