1.2 These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of all Fast Bleep services, whether in-person, online, or via purchased products.
1.3 By enrolling in a course, purchasing products, or subscribing to services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Course Enrolment & Participation
2.1 Registration for courses is subject to availability. Fast Bleep reserves the right to refuse enrolment at our discretion.
2.2 Participants must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
2.3 Some courses may require prerequisites or prior qualifications, which will be stated in the course description.
2.4 Fast Bleep reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to low enrolment, instructor availability, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Payment & Fees
3.1 All course fees, product costs, or subscription charges must be paid in full as specified at the time of booking.
3.2 Payment methods accepted will be stated on the registration or purchase page.
3.3 Prices are subject to change, but fees agreed at the time of booking will not be increased retroactively
4. Cancellation & Refunds
4.1 Courses:

Cancellations made more than 5 days before the course date will receive a full refund minus any transaction fees.

Cancellations less than 5 days before the course date will be non-refundable, unless exceptional circumstances apply.

Substitutions may be allowed at our discretion.
4.2 Products & Subscriptions:

Digital products or subscriptions are non-refundable once accessed or delivered.

Physical products may be returned within 14 days if unopened and in original condition.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 All course materials, content, logos, and digital products are the intellectual property of Fast Bleep and are protected by copyright law.
5.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, or share materials without written permission from Fast Bleep.
5.3 Personal notes or adaptations for private use are permitted but cannot be shared publicly or commercially.
6. Liability & Disclaimer
6.1 Fast Bleep delivers educational training and resources. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
6.2 Participants undertake courses at their own risk and are responsible for following safety instructions.
6.3 Fast Bleep is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from participation in courses or use of products.
