Service Description

This Course teaches Care Home and Nursing Home staff the recognition and timely intervention, treatment and escalation of Care Home residents and service users who become acutely unwell. Contents of this course include: - Primary Assessment using an ABCDE approach - Physiological Observations - Documentation and how to correctly record and interpret National Early Warning Score - Identification of Life Threatening Features and how to correct them This course is designed to give you the comfort and confidence in being able to manage an unwell adult in your care.
